How do we handle import procedures?

We act as your customs intermediary before DIAN, handling the permits, authorizations, and procedures required for importing goods from Free Trade Zones and foreign markets into Colombia's national customs territory, in accordance with Decree 2685 of 1999. Our team ensures a smooth, compliant, and efficient import process every step of the way.

What is our scope?

Our services begin upon the client’s request, whenever the need arises. Support may start before the goods arrive in Colombia, including from the time they are dispatched from abroad, allowing us to manage the permits and authorizations required under Colombian regulations. We can also become involved once the goods have arrived in the country, ensuring a smooth and compliant import process at every stage.
