We act as your customs intermediary before DIAN, handling the permits, authorizations, and procedures required for importing goods from Free Trade Zones and foreign markets into Colombia's national customs territory, in accordance with Decree 2685 of 1999. What is our scope?

Our services begin upon the client’s request, whenever the need arises. Support may start before the goods arrive in Colombia, including from the time they are dispatched from abroad, allowing us to manage the permits and authorizations required under Colombian regulations. We can also become involved once the goods have arrived in the country, ensuring a smooth and compliant import process at every stage.

Where Does Banaduana's work begin?

Once the exporter has identified the product to be exported, our work begins. We analyze and assess the permits, registrations, and regulatory requirements necessary for the product to enter the target market selected outside Colombia. We prepare and file the required customs declarations before the national customs authorities for the goods you have decided to export, ensuring compliance with all applicable foreign trade regulations.
