Does customs transit apply from the Port of Urabá to inland Colombia?
For the Urabá Customs Administration, which is designated as a Special Customs Regime Zone pursuant to Article 358 of Decree 2685 of 1999, the customs transit regime does not apply to the movement of goods from Urabá to inland destinations within Colombia.
